One of the most common things we hear is people complaining of tight hamstrings.
And the most common resolution that people go for?
Hamstring stretches. Lots, and lots of hamstring stretches.
But, despite all these hamstring stretches, those same people still complain of tight hamstrings?
So we have to ask the question, do you actually have tight hamstrings?
Unfortunatley, the answer isnt a great one….
