Be this of serve, your running stride, your swing, jump or stroke, a biomechanics analysis of footage taken at slow motion can provide invaluable information to improve your performance.

A slow motion assessment in your sporting environment can provide great information to you as an athlete, your coach, and your treating practitioners (such as physios, chiros, pods, etc). It can also help us identify areas that may be needed for corrective exercise that we can help you with.
